Is the hot tub currently available for use, and how far is the property from the beach?

The Infinity Spa is temporarily closed. The property is situated on a hill with beach access via stairs that lead down to the sand, comprising roughly 10 flights of stairs.
Can I bring my dog with me? I have a 40 lb well-trained pet.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in the condos. The Inn allows dogs weighing 25 lbs or less, but only on the first floor.
I saw there's an age restriction of 13+. Can I stay there with my 11-month-old?

The age requirement for the Lighthouse Lookout unit is set at 13 and older. Children younger than this are not allowed in that particular unit.
