I appreciated the complimentary boat transportation available at arrival and departure. This service also runs twice a day to the town was great!). The staff carried luggage to the rooms, helpful due to the stairs.

The boat schedules were occasionally delayed. This caused some minor inconvenience when planning trips.

The room had a sea view with big windows, offering a beautiful view (sunrise was particularly lovely!). The room was clean and included air conditioning, which worked well. The room had a big comfortable bed. (I slept like a log!)
