I found the hotel to be a bit underwhelming considering the price we paid. While the bed was very comfortable and breakfast served until 11 AM is a plus, the service was lacking as the room service didn't respond and we had issues with the room key. On the positive side, the location was quite nice for exploring San Juan, and the rooms had beautiful views of the docks. However, there were several inconveniences that took away from our overall happiness.
