I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The customer service was exceptional, making me feel truly valued during my stay. My room was not only clean but also well-maintained, contributing greatly to my satisfaction. I loved the modern convenience of being able to manage requests through an app, and the views from the rooftop area were stunning. However, I did find that the valet service could use a little more efficiency during peak times.
