Acceptable Stay With Issues

missed housekeeping crowded breakfast

The beach service was acceptable.

My room was not properly cleaned one day. Housekeeping did not replace towels or empty the trash. The breakfast area got very crowded. It was difficult to find a table some mornings and the noise level was excessive, it ruined the experience a bit. The staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests.

attentive staff complimentary umbrellas fresh fruit

the staff was very attentive. complimentary umbrellas and lounge chairs were available for use on the beach. breakfast had different options including fresh fruits and vegetables. (i really enjoyed the fresh fruit!)

the music from the bar was a bit loud at times.
