I appreciated the hotel's great location near the beach. The room and hotel interior were clean. I also enjoyed the convenient outdoor pool with umbrellas.

The gym was a bit small for a hotel of this size.

Staff members were friendly and helpful during the entire stay. The cleaning service was performed daily and the staff changed towels every day. Bed linen was changed every second day.

the location was fine, not too far from the main areas.

The staff seemed undertrained. I asked for a simple wake-up call, and it never came (which was annoying). the room itself felt dated, especially the bathroom. the shower had very low pressure, and the tiles looked like they hadn't been updated in decades.

the room's cleanliness was not what i expected. the floors felt sticky and there were stains on the curtains. i also had issues with the air conditioning it kept switching off during the night. this made it difficult to sleep comfortably the room became quite stuffy.

i was upgraded to a sea and pool view room and i liked it very much. the location is perfect with many restaurants and shops nearby. the pool area is nice too.

the hotel charged for wifi. the receptionist just shrugged when i told them it didn't work.

All beaches in Cyprus are municipal, which means there is a fee of 2.5 euros for each sunbed. The beach directly in front of the hotel is pebbled, but a beautiful sandy beach is just a 10-minute walk to the right, and Nissi Beach can be reached within a 20-minute walk.
