balanced stay review
sun lounger system beach location great breakfast unfriendly staff member water policy incorrect bill
the sun loungers allocation system impressed me i had the same spot for my entire stay. the hotel's location on the beach is convenient it is close to shops and restaurants. the hotel is clean overall the breakfast was great.
the front desk staff member was not friendly during check in there was no apology for an error. water was not provided daily in the room as a standard it was charged extra. drinks were added to my bill from the bar it had someone else's signature.
