The hotel has a large area and a casino is located across from it. I found a Grand World night show within a 10-minute walk. An aquarium shuttle was available for transportation. I could easily access entertainment and nearby attractions.

The service felt slow at times. I booked a beautiful room and requested a sea view. They informed me that upgrading was necessary but then said the room was occupied. I found a small dead bug on the bed which was disappointing given the hotel's reputation.

the beds were soft i had good sleep. the buggy service to grand world was helpful and quick.

the staff don't always speak good english i noticed. housekeeping often came late in the afternoon too. also, the sea view was partial not direct to the sea.
