The outdoor shower spaces are private and well-designed. We enjoyed the air conditioning system focused on the bed. Breakfast offered many selections and a fine restaurant location! The beach remained clean. We swam in the ocean. I used bug spray against mosquitoes. GREAT staff and service,.

I noticed the walk home from nearby eateries felt dark. The lighting should be improved for safety. Maybe the hotel should offer a shuttle in the night.

Check-in was really easy and fast. I felt totally immersed in nature. The beach had enough sunbeds for everyone and great beach activities. I really appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the place.

The evening room service occurred too late, allowing BUGS to enter the room before it got cleaned.

The resort provided very easy access to a coral reef by boat. Local dive instructors facilitated the trips. Scooter rentals were available nearby, ALSO wellness services and local food vendors were within easy reach in Doung Doung.

Daily free shuttle services were very helpful. The resort also offered movie nights under the stars . I found free use of water sports equipment and yoga classes available to all guests, which i really enjoyed.

The bungalow had a lovely little terrace. I REALLY liked the bed's cooling system since there was no air conditioning. The room included a mosquito net, which I considered very useful given the natural setting.

The staff displayed friendliness and proved very helpful . Every morning, lovely gluten-free bread, cakes, and pastries were available at breakfast. I found the staff to be very attentive to individual dietary needs.

The staff is so friendly, they really helped in every situation. I started my days with yoga . The food at the restaurant was awesome, I tried the special every day. Breakfast had fresh fruits. I felt great. I had the beach all to myself every day. It was low season, very nice. Wow!

I asked for a tax invoice, but they did not provide it. They said they is a small business but that is not true. The way reception handled the situation was bad. It makes us feel like there is nothing to do about it. That's a bummer. I wasn't very happy.
