untrained staff small room
the breakfast buffet met my needs. it had a really good selection of food.
the gym was a joke. it had, like, five sun beds. the staff, wow. they seemed baffled by simple questions. when i checked in, they sent me to a small, dark room with a small bed and seemed they were not trained.

sea view ample parking
the breakfast was amazing i enjoyed a great view of the sea and beach. plenty of parking was available.
the kids playroom looked sorry, it had minimal things inside

faulty flushing system loud music
The breakfast buffet had an excellent choice including fresh fruits. The private beach is a short walk across the street..
The flushing system in the bathroom toilet did not work properly. I ordered cocktails and waited for an hour only to be told that the order hadn't been captured. Euro-pop music pumped out at ridiculous volumes just outside of the hotel gardens.

extra costs coffee facility
The breakfast was acceptable , with a decent selection of items.
I was very disappointed by the extra costs. Using the beach and getting a sun bed incurred a huge charge. The room lacked a basic tea and coffee facility , which I would expect at a hotel of this supposed caliber.

outdated equipment required reservation
the breakfast had a vast selection of fresh fruits, WHICH i considered acceptable.
The gym really disappointed me. IT consisted of outdated equipment, including one bike and one treadmill from the 1980s, all within a closet-sized room. A reservation was REQUIRED, quite inconvenient. i also found no complimentary water in the rooms. Instead, a bottle was available for purchase at $5 from the minibar.
