a decent hotel stay
multiple restaurants kid-friendly hotel kite flying inconsistent service basic questions concierge service
i appreciated the multiple restaurants with food options. the hotel seemed very kid-friendly, with various activities available (i saw camp hyatt and a playground). the beach area allowed for flying kites.
i noticed some inconsistency in staff service. some staff struggled to answer basic questions, such as the location of pool toilets. the concierge service did not meet my expectations for a five-star resort.
