The location is fantastic! it is just minutes from the beach with many restaurants nearby. The hotel has an amazing pool! the food at the pool area was also really great. Breakfast was wonderful, with an excellent selection to start the day! i really enjoyed the noodle station. Chefs prepared fresh, delicious noodles.

i requested a late check-out, but the hotel could only allow an extra half-hour! the hotel was supposedly fully booked at the time, slightly inconvenient.

i found the swimming pool excellent. i loved that i received an upgrade to a Ocean front room. breakfast was good with a big selection, great to start the day. the noodle station chefs were excellent... i really liked the fresh bowls of noodles.

the customer service in the lobby seems a little cold upon arrival.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices and the food tasted fresh. The rooms are well maintained and looked new. The hotel location is near the beach.. and the city center. The rooftop swimming pool offers amazing views.

I booked beautiful rooms in advance but received twin bed rooms instead. The staff did not show interest in resolving the issue. I asked for water at the reception, but no one assisted me. The service was disappointing.

The room was very clean, and the design contributed to a comfortable stay. There was a full-length mirror installed next to the bathroom. The TV was a smart Samsung TV with multiple channels available for viewing.
