Really good stay

large space comfortable bed beautiful bath tv

The junior ocean view suite was really good. It featured a very large space and an comfortable bed and pillows. I found the large bathroom had a beautiful bath and a large walk-in shower. A separate toilet was a plus, and the walk-in wardrobe was spacious. There was also a large tv and a sofa area.

The bar had limited hours, closing at midnight, and the restaurant closed early. Food ordered from the bar, while delicious, arrived cold, and i think this requires attention.

The staff was very friendly and eager to help. I liked that they are attentive and courteous without being overbearing. The housekeeping department kept the room very super clean and cozy throughout my stay.

diverse selection clean facilities easy access

the breakfast selection was very diverse with a variety of foods. the hotel facilities were clean. the location allowed for easy access to local attractions like lady buddha.

the hotel's entrance had only stairs without a ramp for wheelchairs.

charmed stay

rooftop bar amazing variety

the rooftop bar had great views of the area and the ocean it offered wonderful food and drinks i also found the customer service up there to be very good the buffet breakfast was delicious even after several days there was always amazing variety. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit

the pool was cold i was unable to use it even though the weather was quite warm the atmosphere around the pool also felt lacking a bit more music could really help

the hotel is situated near the beach so crossing a main road is necessary it is a short walk to the beach area from the hotel entrance it offers easy access for ocean activities and sightseeing trips.

soft mattress constant honking

the staff seemed attentive and the room looked clean.

i found A few problems. the mattress felt too soft and gave me lower back pain. i could hear constant honking from the street because THE window did not close properly. the noise made it hard to sleep, even on the 23rd floor.
