The staff was always ready to assist and they were polite. I found a great choice of food. Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Management addressed all my requests, wonderful.

Both pool areas are nice, along with the hotel lobby, and restaurants. There is a free parking area available that is very useful. The waterpark offers a good variety of slides and chutes for all ages.

The hotel is in close proximity to the beach, a great advantage. It makes access easy for enjoying the sand and sea. Fig tree bay is in not too far distance.

The hotel features a convenient water park with various slides. I appreciated the readily available sun loungers by the pools. The on-site bars offer a range of refreshing cocktails, ideal after a long day in the sun (the mojitos were my favourite!).

Our family room offered a comfortable large bed. Daily cleaning services replaced towels and maintained tidiness. The air conditioning worked effectively throughout our stay, ensuring a restful environment, even on the hottest days.

The pools are well kept. I saw that the water park operates from 10:00 to 18:00. A free parking area is available who drive, offering added convenience.

the location near the beach was acceptable.

the room was not clean upon arrival. the provided hairdryer didn't function, and the sink leaked significantly whenever used, causing the bathroom floor to get wet. the hotel's alcoholic beverages were poorly made with cheap, off-brand alcohol.
