cold check-in displayed number
The location is acceptable. It is situated in a quiet part of paphos, close to several small supermarkets and restaurants.
our check-in lacked warmth. no welcome drinks was, and a lot of information was presented alongside our room key. the key itself was a physical key with the number displayed. this meant anyone finding it could access our room.

street noise misleading description
I was disappointed in a few areas. The hotel stated I would have a sea view from my room. This was not true and I was facing the back. The noise from the street was also very loud at night.

stocked minibar friendly staff comfy bed loud music noise complaint disrupted peace
the staff was so friendly. i was given a stocked minibar every day with soft drinks. i had an comfy bed. the sea view was amazing.
i must note the noise. an athletic group used very loud music speakers. they accompanied that with shouts and screams. this completely ruined one week of my holiday.
