lacking air conditioningbroken water slide
the air conditioning really struggled to keep up with the heat, especially in the dining areas. it made meals rather uncomfortable. also, i was disappointed that not all the slides in the splash park were operating despite water flowing through them it was like a waste and the kids noticed. i don't understand why they weren't fixed. it was like a cost cutting measure or a lack of attention to detail, dining area air conditioning, inoperative water slides

i found the food to be amazing!!! there was such a great choice. i really enjoyed the massages at the spa. dimitra was so lovely, she was my therapist.
the air conditioning seemed to only work well on floors 4 and 5. our room was on a lower floor, and it was not effective. also, there were no lights on the balconies, so it was difficult to sit outside at night.

The food was acceptable with a wide range of options at the buffet.
The room felt outdated I could hear everything from neighboring rooms. This was disruptive. The bed was notably uncomfortable. I had back pain . The music around the pool was too loud making it difficult to relax or talk.

i liked the food options available it was varied. the pools were great with plenty of room. the splash park was also great even though not everything was in use.
the air conditioning in our room did not work well i complained but it was never fixed. the shower leaked into the bathroom and created a mess. the quality of drinks was not very good cocktails seemed syrupy.

The hotel offers diverse food options all day. There is a buffet and a la carte restaurants. Rooms were cleaned daily and the maids were friendly. They greeted us each day and made sure we had everything we needed.
The check-in process was not smooth. We had to fill in forms after a long travel day. Some drinks with the red band tasted bad. Aperol Spritz was pink and Coke tasted like Dr Pepper.
