excellent service friendly staff repetitive food limited options
the service from staff was excellent. drinks was also excellent. the bar staff was friendly. my room received service every day and my mini bar restocked with beer and soft drinks.
the food was very repetitive. i also experienced bad stomach cramps every day, this is not something i had experienced at any hotel before. the kids section in the restaurant was also limited.

ps5 consoles hotel shops chocolate treat
the arcade provided ps5 consoles which my son definitely enjoyed. the hotel has multiple shops where i purchased necessary items. they replenish the mini bar daily with water and chocolate.
the lighting in my room was not consistent sometimes the lights tripped
