clean room silent air conditioning beautiful seaview helpful staff
Our room was very clean. The air conditioning worked silently and efficiently. The sea view from the room was beautiful. Celebrations package included wine glasses and a heart-shaped cake. It added a nice touch. Bars were open almost non stop. The main restaurant offered drinks served directly to the tables. Pools were clean and no more than 140cm deep. The private beach had comfortable beds and a brand new bar. I found the staff smiling and helpful. The grounds were super clean.

The staff provided bottled water and towels continuously, showing attention to guest comfort. They were responsive to requests. The team always had a smile, contributing to a positive and cute atmosphere, i appreciated that. They were the best!

I appreciated that the main restaurant was huge and drinks were served directly at tables. Breakfast service started at 8:00 and was not busy at that time, which worked well. I found a great selection of food.

The hotel has a private beach, very convenient. Taxi prices to town are cheap. The grounds are very safe, so you feel relaxed, it's nice!

healthy choice kids club droning noise noisy guest
the food was great with plenty of healthy choices available! the hotel is smartly organized, everything we needed was easily accessible. i found a gym, kids club, several bars, restaurants, pools, and even a coffee shop (i love coffee!).
the rooms can get noisy. i was next to air conditioning units and there was an incessant droning noise for two days. some guests return to rooms drunk and noisy (i wish they were more considerate).

The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious food options. the rooms were clean and spacious. It was a good start. i liked the attentiveness of the staff. They were always friendly and helpful.

Balanced stay experience
food choice inclusive access small room vegetarian option
The food was AMAZING!!! There was an abundance of choice for food and beverage. The beach is right there, all the "All Inclusives" are very accessible.
The family room was a bit small. It was neat and clean, but it was still quite compact. I recommend that the hotel improve vegetarian options.
