the staff at the hotel bars provided fantastic and efficient service, especially elvis, who ensured our drinks were always perfect. the cleanliness of the hotel grounds was great. I noticed dedicated staff maintaining the gardens and walkways. the variety of fresh fruit available during breakfast was amazing!!!
i found the poolside music volume occasionally a bit loud, especially during relaxation times.

the main buffet provided a good selection, and the outdoor grill offered delicious fresh meats and fish, providing satisfying and tasty meal options , i really enjoyed the snack bar.

The room had a comfortable bed and a minibar, stocked daily with refreshing drinks. It was consistently clean throughout my stay, and the amenities met my needs and expectations well, which contributed to a restful visit.

The staff provided great service. They offered assistance with a genuine smile and made sure my requirements were met effectively. Mustafa in guest relations was particularly helpful, and the bar staff were always quick.

The hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient, resulting in a short transfer. There were also various shops and local attractions nearby. I found the location to be very accessible.

The pool areas were well-kept. There were ample sun loungers and umbrellas for relaxation. The availability of bottled beer, like budweiser, was very good. The iced coffees tasted amazing!!!

The staff are so cute. the cleaning staff worked very hard to keep everything tidy. my room was very comfortable. Linen was changed regularly. mustafa were pretty good too. all staff are a true credit to this hotel!
i noticed the self-serve fridges were locked? it felt a little cheeky!

The buffet offered a fantastic and varied array. I found something to enjoy EVERY time. the staff were very attentive and cared for my needs. The service was always fast. there were different themed nights for dinner.

I stayed in a large double or twin room. the room included a mini bar, restocked daily with water and soft drinks. the restaurant had a wide selection of foods. The noodle bar was especially nice. the pools were a good size with a nice selection of pools to choose from.
The air conditioning in the room was locked. It only blew out air and not cold air.

the staff was friendly. the pool area included many loungers. i loved the lobby design. there were drink selections and options. everyone seems attentive. the beach was really good.
the power cuts caused tv turn on. it happened every hour. the cuts also switched off air con and lights. the hairdryer lasted only 30 seconds.
