disastrous systemnoisy air conditioning
the allocated sunbed system was a complete mess. we saw many front-line beds unused for days (what a waste!). it seemed like tipping the towel staff improved your chances of getting a preferred spot. this. also, the air conditioning in the room was noisy and not very effective at cooling the place down.

The hotel location is ideal with direct beach access. i found the staff friendly (it felt very personable). the sunbed allocation system worked well. It removed the stress of securing a spot early. we booked into the seven orchids restaurant. The food was delicious, a culinary experience.
the air conditioning in my room was quite noisy, hindering sleep quality. this is a minor issue, though it affected my rest during some nights.

the staff were very attentive to every detail. i found the service to be first class. i will definitely return for another visit. the event manager made my wedding dreams come true in an short turnaround. the room service hostess ensured my room was always perfect and well-stocked.
the pool was set on a cleaning schedule and the amount of excrement out of the child required a pool drain.
