The room was well maintained. I stayed in a superior room sea view, and it offered a great view. The water park access was included. The food variety was good with several options (i especially enjoyed the fish dishes). The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at the restaurants and bars.

The Wi-Fi signal was inconsistent at times. It was spotty in certain areas of the hotel. This made it difficult to work or stream videos at times (this was frustrating).

Rooms

The superior room had a comfortable double bed and a separate seating area with a sofa. The bathroom featured two sinks and a walk-in shower. There was also a spacious balcony with sea views.

The water park included several slides and a lazy river. The hotel featured three outdoor pools (one was heated). The gym had modern equipment, including treadmills and weight machines.

repetitive options frustrating service

the hotel had a large room with a good view. fresh towels were available. the bed was huge and comfortable.

the main pool seemed well kept, but the buffet lacked variety. options was repetitive and quite basic. getting drinks during meals proved frustrating at times as waiters were not always available. a self-serve water fountain would improve service, it was often difficult to refill water bottles.

the staff were very polite, and the food options were plentiful at every meal. i especially liked the variety offered at each meal. my room upgrade from road view to sea view added a relaxing element to my stay. i fully recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a relaxing experience.

the gym closed a bit early for my liking.

everything felt so luxurious! the pools were sparkling clean, and i always found a lounger. my family suite sea view was HUGE, with plenty of room for everyone! the separate kids' area in the water park kept my children happy for hours!!!

the gym equipment could use a little updating, though it was still functional.

The hotel offers various restaurants. The Italian restaurant on the fifth floor has amazing views (i especially liked the setting sun).

mediocre experience

leaky shower no aircon

the hotel had a good location overlooking the sea.

the room was run down it needed attention the shower and bath leaked and i had to use towels to stop it flooding the floor no aircon was a big disappointment apparently not turned on until 1st april i found this annoying i would not return.

The hotel has a big pool. It had two bars next to it. There were many sun-beds near the pool and sea. The drink and food options had a big variety.

When we arrived, our room seemed poorly finished even though I paid for a superior double room. The shower knob to switch between bath and shower was missing, leaving a brass spike. The wallpaper in the room was peeling off. There was no complementary refilling of your mini bar.
