mixed feelings about the stay
slow check-in uninterested staff
the location is quite central. it's close enough to the marina.
the check-in process was not smooth at all. i was asked to wait an unreasonable amount of time for the room to be ready, even after the agreed check-in time. the staff seemed uninterested in helping (i felt a bit ignored, honestly), and the room, a sea view room balcony king bed, was smaller than i expected. the tv channel selection was limited, and finding the in-room dining menu was like pulling teeth.

excellent service, fantastic location
spacious suite great view really good service excellent food
the one bedroom suite was spacious with great views. it had two toilets, two showers and a large balcony. the service in the club lounge was really good, both during afternoon tea and evening cocktails. i found the pool bar staff and food to be excellent.
the elevators are small and the wait is sometimes long. the chosen floor occasionally resets, so you might miss your floor.

the pool area includes ample loungers and shaded sections , ensuring a relaxing environment. the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes , providing adequate workout options.

staff members were consistently helpful and friendly , addressing guest needs promptly. housekeeping maintained a high level of cleanliness throughout my stay , ensuring a comfortable and tidy room.

consistent quality stay
excellent location helpful staff spacious balcony
the location is excellent with easy access to nearby attractions. staff members were helpful and attentive throughout my stay. the gym had modern equipment and a heated swimming pool was available. i particularly enjoyed the spacious balcony with sea view.
the elevator service was occasionally slow during peak hours.
