Fantastic Family Stay

I enjoyed the complimentary access to Wild Wadi Water Park. The Ocean Club room felt very spacious. The staff were very attentive. I appreciated the variety of options available to keep everyone entertained and happy.
The kids club had limited unaccompanied sessions. These sessions lacked organized activities, which disappointed my children.

slow room servicenight noise level
The room service WAS slow. it took nearly an hour to get a simple request fulfilled , and i had to call multiple times to follow up. the staff seemed overwhelmed , which is not what i expect from a hotel like this. also , the noise level at night WAS unacceptable . I could hear loud music and chatter well into the early hours , disrupting my sleep SIGNIFICANTLY.

disorganized staffunclear communication
My check-in experience REQUIRED improvement. I waited an unreasonable amount of time (almost an hour) to receive my room key. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, giving conflicting information. This caused significant inconvenience and delayed my plans. The pool area could have been cleaner. I noticed several instances of UNCLEARED used towels and empty drink containers.

Acceptable Stay, but Standards Slipping

The location was acceptable, and the customer service met my expectations.
I waited three hours for my room to be ready upon arrival. This is unacceptable. The front desk personnel and Pearl Lounge staff seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. I found their demeanor disappointing. It lacked the warmth I expect.
