mixed feelings about my stay

stained carpettorn curtains

The room was clean initially. i quickly noticed several issues. the carpet had multiple stains, and i avoided walking on it without slippers. additionally, the curtains were torn and stained. That was disappointing. i reported this to the desk, but the room remained in similar condition the next day.

i had a amazing experience here!!! the room was spacious and met my expectations. the housekeeping staff were very attentive and helpful with anything i needed. i was really surprised by the well-equipped gym, spa facilities, and delicious breakfast buffet.

i had a nice experience. ashok from housekeeping was always smiling and kept the room immaculate. i even got upgraded to a sea-view room, the view was fine!!! the gym was fantastic and the breakfast buffet offered wide variety of delicious options. yogesh, subham, and their colleagues gave attentive service each morning. the lounge during happy hours was wonderful.

the hotel charged us extra at the front desk. they were inflexible and unhelpful.

the hotel is very close to places in juhu. the swimming pool had a gorgeous view of the seashore. the pool seemed designed well for balancing daytime and nighttime activities. my room faced both sunrise and sunset, so i recommend getting a nice room view.

The staff was not very helpful and seemed unable to manage a lot of guests. even at breakfast, when there were few guests, the staff struggled. orders sometimes did not arrive. They forgot them. Its services are not worth the money.
