the location provides direct beach access. the breakfast spread was amazing!!! the rooms were large. i loved having shacks at the beach.

I really enjoyed the beach access. It made morning walks easy. the pools were clean and well kept. they provided good relaxation after exploring. the staff was attentive, quick, and helpful with any requests. i really liked the spacious, clean room and the hotel's greenery.
the wi-fi signal dropped occasionally. it was a minor issue though.

The Wi-Fi was slow. It kept disconnecting, very frustrating. This made working remotely difficult. The service at breakfast was also inconsistent. I had to ask multiple times for things, even with staff present.

The beach was very close to the hotel. The security personnel ensured that only hotel guests entered the beach area, and this. The restaurant near the beach had reasonable prices for food and drinks. The waiting staff were very helpful and attentive.
My room was near the spa, the gym, and a second pool. The room always felt dark because it was in shade all day. The fridge in the room was noisy, and it failed to keep anything cold enough. The cardboard key failed often, and I got locked out of my room once.

i enjoyed the delicious food! the breakfast buffet had so many choices and the indian vegetarian options were superb. the pool area was nice and clean! the resort had direct beach access which was a definite plus.
the wifi was a little unstable! it disconnected frequently so that was annoying.

my superior double room offered a nice pool view! it also featured soft beverages. the room was spacious and comfortable! the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool even in the afternoons.

The hotel's pools were quite nice, especially after a day out.
The breakfast selection leaned heavily toward domestic preferences. I was hoping for a more continental variety. The tea and coffee machine was AWFUL. It consistently produced weak, watery beverages. The music at the beach bar was too loud and techno-focused, i felt. It seemed out of sync with the older crowd there.
