The location is prime. The courtyard is lovely with a nice cafe. staff reached out before my arrival. They informed me about valet arrangements. every member of the staff was courteous.

The proximity to various attractions made sightseeing effortless. I found the staff attentive (which I always appreciate). The breakfast had many options to choose from.
The outdated furniture in the room was somewhat disappointing. The squeaky furniture was distracting. I hope they renovate soon.

the complimentary breakfast was smashing with ample choice for every taste. the ambience of the hotel is very pleasing and has a little bit for everyone. the in house restaurant was very mood setting, food was AMAZING!!! and service was prompt and to the point.
the intercom in the room did not work and had to be fixed after we checked in. i would expect a hotel charging a lot for a standard room to have a parking facility. i did not expect my car to be parked on the road and that too away from the hotel at some unknown location.

The breakfast buffet included diverse choices and flavorful options. Ms. Neelavathi helped with my reservation! She arranged a birthday cake. The hotel's location is great, as I easily walked to nearby hotels and restaurants.
The street noise was noticeable at night even with the windows closed.

the location was perfect for exploring the white town. the hotel offers easy access to nearby boutiques and restaurants , which was quite convenient.
my room faced a busy street , so i experienced a lot of noise at night. this made it hard to sleep soundly , even with the windows closed.
