a good stay overall

friendly staff helpful staff resort activities available activities water sports various sports poor bus system unreliable system repetitive food limited food hot buses uncomfortable buses

the staff were friendly. i especially liked the bartender, doss (he made great cocktails). the resort also had a lot of activities available. there were options for snorkeling and other water sports.

the bus system was not good. sometimes it took a long time to get anywhere, and the buses were hot. also, the food at the buffet got repetitive. there was not enough variety after a few days.

long wait forgotten towels

the restaurants were good in the main island. i found the service attentive.

the arrival was not smooth at all, i felt ignored. i waited too long for check-in. the room was okay, but the housekeeping wasnt good, they often forgot to replenish the towels.
