heavenly days
spacious room equipped balcony lovely pools
i found the rooms spacious and elegant, with everything just so. the balcony was a perfect size and fully equipped. the pools are lovely. i felt genuinely welcome. the setting of the hotel, near the lake, helped make the dining moments so nice.
i called reception a few times for some coffee on the morning i was due to leave. the coffee never came. i had to go to reception a few times to have a refund issue resolved. i would rather receive good service.

the hotel includes large swimming pools, providing ample space for relaxation and recreation, also there are sunbeds available in the beach and pool areas, offering nice place to unwind, it's a perfect place for relaxation.

recyclable bottles breakfast selection expansive room
The room was a Luxury Seafront Garden, and the space felt expansive. Water was available in recyclable bottles and was replaced whenever needed. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! It had a massive selection.
The beach did lack sufficient loungers.

Really good Stay, A Luxurious Getaway
fine architecture sparkling pool fresh ingredient
The architecture impressed me. It blended seamlessly with the surroundings. Three pools offered ample space. Each sparkled and included natural rock features. I found breakfast good, with fresh ingredients and exquisite flavors. There were local and european options, a big plus.

The room had daily cleaning service and amenities were replenished daily. This included water, tea, and coffee. The layout allowed easy movement, the furnishings are selected with taste. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Staff members were helpful and professional from arrival. They anticipated requirements, which showed their training. The bar staff prepared local cocktails. They also offered international drinks, so i was not dissapointed.

The hotel location allows visits to various tourist sites, such as Turtle conservation and Gem mines. Access to Spice Gardens and temples is easy. Boat trips through mangroves showcased monkeys, crocodiles, and kingfishers.

i found the direct beach access very convenient and appreciated the provided beach towels and beds. the restaurant offered diverse food choices, including both local and european options. the architecture had a distinct style. the staff was very helpful .
i noticed that the air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust to my preferred temperature.

the staff responded quickly to requests and were attentive in the dining areas. ms sansala in particular was very professional and ensured my stay was comfortable. damith prepared some perfect cocktails.
