Really good service and AMAZING food!

friendly staff amazing food private beach

The staff were ALWAYS friendly and helpful (i appreciate it!). The SPA was one of the best features. I enjoyed a full body massage and scrub. I enjoyed access to the private beach. The breakfast offered a LOT of options including fish curry, chicken curry, and herbal soup.

The elevators WERE a bit slow.

The staff members are friendly and very attentive to guest needs. They handle requests promptly. Restaurant staff ensure tables are cleared quickly and food is served efficiently, ALL contributing to a smooth dining experience.

run down room dry dosai

The location is good.

I encountered some issues . The room i was assigned was not up to standard as it felt quite run down. I also found the breakfast to be only ok, because the dosai were too dry.

a bit disappointing, frankly

faulty air conditioning unclean floor

I found the room to be quite underwhelming. the air conditioning unit seemed to struggle. It was dripping and not very effective. the floor felt unclean, and the bathroom wasn't properly maintained. it makes you wonder, what am i paying for?
