I found the hotel staff was very helpful. Ashish assisted us with taxi arrangements. He quickly coordinated with the hotel when we forgot our headphones. The headphones were found, then we picked those up. The lobby has good looks. Mahmoud and Akash gave me a suite upgrade at reception. The staff are cooperative and very friendly.
The iron stand became a safety hazard. It fell down with the iron when I was pressing clothes. I am glad I did not get injury.

i found the staff cute. juliah and mohammed at reception. abdullah, a porter, assisted with a taxi without being asked. the service was so good for a hotel i mainly used as a base. the location was great, and the staff was really good, standing out.
the pool area felt a bit small, it was the only slight drawback.

i appreciate the friendly staff, especially mohamed ezzeldin and ibrahim aly. ms. yissell provided a free room upgrade with an amazing beach view and even a free ice cream! the location is great with easy walking access to many places, including the beach. the price seemed reasonable and the spa provided really good experiences.
the breakfast was a complete disappointment. some items did not appeal to my taste.
