amazing hotel, i will be back!
excellent customer serviceearly check-ingreat facilityvariety of sunbeds
i checked in early after an overnight flight, so that was great! the hotel boasts plenty of facilities including watersports (so much fun!). i was able to enjoy a variety of sunbeds.
i must admit the hotel's location is a bit far from everything, so moving around required taxis.

the reception staff was helpful, and the restaurant team worked fast to remove plates and bring beverages, made dining very efficient. syed was also very accommodating to my needs each day. i felt well taken care of.

my room was spacious and clean with a nice, big bed (it was very comfy!). the fridge was topped up regularly with drinks. there was a fine view from my room, which i really enjoyed every morning and evening.

the food was good, especially the seafood (i loved the fresh options!). anthony in the main restaurant provided a positive atmosphere with fast drink service. the variety of food was excellent, and i found something new to try each day.

there are multiple pools available, along with waterslides for the kids. there is also a sports bar with pool tables (i spent a lot of time here!). i found the facilities well kept and enjoyable for the entire family.

Excellent Beachfront Stay

I found the hotel clean, a big plus. The staff was very friendly and polite, especially in the restaurants. There was a great choice of food at the buffet. I especially enjoyed the fresh options each day. The location was convenient, with taxis always available for trips into the city.
The lifts were sometimes a bit slow, which occasionally caused a wait.

The hotel has several pools including a kids' pool with water slides. There are multiple bars available throughout the resort, with drinks. Guests can also access the beach directly from the hotel grounds, very convenient.

the buffet restaurant offered varied choices for every meal. food tasted fresh and well prepared. the hotel provided access to a nice, clean beach with plenty of sunbeds available. i found the room spacious with a great layout. the bathroom included two separate sinks, convenient.
the location is somewhat remote, requiring taxi rides to reach main attractions.

Fantastic family getaway

The facilities suited children perfectly. Buffet food had many options available all day, which really helped with the kids. The rooms offered comfort. We found plenty of sunbeds and four swimming pools. Plus, a short walk took us to the beach (it was all great).
The shower mixer sometimes did not work properly. That was a slight inconvenience.

I found the hotel offered accessible transportation when exploring nearby areas. The staff demonstrated a pleasant and helpful attitude . I was impressed with the beachfront location, also the many pools designed for adults and children. My nights included kid-friendly entertainment from 8 to 9 PM each evening.
I noticed the room size was compact. It only had 15m2 of space. This felt quite small, especially considering the sea-view balcony. I think space improvements would add more value.
