I found every staff member so helpful and polite. It was not an exaggeration. mr hithesh from the front desk welcomed me at the beginning of my stay. he did whatever he could for me throughout my stay. i now understand why my friend returns here repeatedly.

great pools easy access noise level beach area
The hotel offered an amazing location. i found the facilities excellent. The pools were well-kept and provided easy access to the sea. the variety of restaurants was a plus!!! the food was delicious at each one.
this impacted the peacefulness of the pool and beach areas. also, the music from nearby venues was quite loud at night.

excellent experience
really good standard attentive housekeeping luxury touch culinary journey
the accommodation had really good standards. attentive housekeeping maintained the rooms impeccably. morning and evening servicing and thoughtful turndown service added a luxury touch. i received an early check-in and a room in the separate tower building without hassle. dining offered a culinary journey and the resort grounds were pristine.
The cost to have guests use facilities was ridiculous. Plus, paying extra on half board in restaurants isn't great.

The beautiful room had a sea view and balcony. housekeeping keeps rooms impeccably maintained with both morning and evening services. bedding was amazing, and i received a complimentary suite room upgrade that included extra space. It was comfortable.

excellent cuisine great waiters
i loved the cleanliness and continuous cleaning throughout the place. breakfast was a highlight, particularly the excellent variety of cuisine and the great waiters, especially samuel.
i noticed the absence of covers for the food, potentially exposing it to flies.

the multiple restaurants served very nice food, i especially loved the syrian chef's iftar buffet. brasserie 2.0 offered so much variety during dinner.
