The room included excellent room service. Vivek, Amal, and Rubina from room service was very helpful. The view from the room was excellent also.
The security deposit of Aed500 was not yet returned. It has been nearly two months since the stay. Follow-up with MrTamseer did not yield resolution.

The kids activity room had considerable size. Yoga sessions did entertain kids. Chethana offered kindness and help to all the kids there.

amazing family vacation
shaded poolindoor clubfun activities
the kids loved the shaded kids pool with sliders. there was also a shaded playground. an amazing indoor kids club offered activities like slime and face painting for them!
the staff ARE unsupportive! and i raised a serious complaint and no one helped to resolve it. they also charged me for the breakfast and dinner of my kids the full price not half of it and when i realized that i raised a complaint and they said you are right but they didn't want to sort the issue and refund the extra money i have paid.
