a decent stay

clean room executive lounge noise problem slow lifts

the room was very clean. it included all the amenities i needed. the housekeeper atiq made animals out of towels and left them on our bed with rose petals (this was a lovely surprise). i upgraded to the executive lounge, a lot quieter than the restaurants.

Upon check-in, i requested a high floor but was located on the floor by the pool. the noise was a problem. work on the foot bridge from 8 am to 7 pm included drills and lots of screaming from the pool area. the lifts were also a bit of a nightmare. It took an average of 15-20 minutes to get anywhere.

i liked very much the room, it had nice balcony. i found the breakfast good with great choice. i want to thank Nawal, Caroline, Eloisa and Waled for their kindness and help. The staff was always friendly. i am grateful.

i used the pool and liked it, it was quiet. The fitness center included modern equipment, it supported my workout routine. i found the executive lounge particularly enjoyable.

The staff offered really good customer service, it makes the experience very positive. i noted Atiq were really good too ensure i had everything needed. I appreciated the warm greetings and helpful attitude of the staff.

great size beach view friendly staff slow lifts long queue late room

The suite I stayed in had a great size! It included two bedrooms. The balcony offered a view of the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The lifts were slow. There were often long queues. My room was not ready until 16:40.

decent stay near the walk

high-quality options excellent service long waiting times low quality

the breakfast had many fresh and high-quality options. i especially thank chef feros in the breakfast area (he was kind). the service was excellent throughout the entire stay. nishanth, arbab and cheristine at reception were professional and genuinely cute.

the lifts were a pain with long waiting times. i felt it took too long to get a lift and go to the higher floors. the restaurants' quality was low with mistakes with orders. the waiting times were long at the restaurants.

clean room full amenities towel animals many sunbeds

the room was very clean, and it had all the amenities i needed. the bottled water and coffee got refilled every day. atiq, the housekeeper, was super nice and even made towel animals. the hotel kept the pool area very clean with plenty of sunbeds.

waiting for the lifts sometimes felt slow!

The hotel had a private beach area. security was present to keep non-guests out. a towel system at the beach worked well. We exchanged cards for clean towels, returning them at the end of the day, so that part was good.

the staff was polite and cheerful. atiq always made sure we had everything we needed. the executive lounge was quieter than the restaurants. it included happy hour with free alcohol, soft drinks, snacks, and desserts.
