I stayed in a spacious sea view room balcony king bed. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the breakfast buffet offered a huge selection with many fresh options. The food was AMAZING!!!

The placement of the only mirror in the bedroom was not good. It was difficult to use.

the location is very central and convenient to malls. service was very good throughout the stay with the staff being very courteous. i stayed in the north tower on the 15th floor and those rooms are noticeably larger. breakfast and lunch buffets were generous. the gym deserves special mention because it is enormous.

the room was a bit small compared to standards in the area and decor is dated. there was a flickering light in the entrance of my room. you could expect these things to be checked sooner. i hope this is fixed soon.

the gym includes many treadmills and stationary bikes with a wide range of equipment. the pool area includes several loungers and a shaded section, which are well kept. everything looked clean and well-organized.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. I found the pool to be clean. The lifeguard service was also friendly and helpful, which I appreciated.

I experienced an AC issue and waited over an hour for it to be fixed. There was no water in the early morning. The hotel provided no prior announcement about this situation. I found this unacceptable.

The check-in process was slow. It took an unreasonable amount of time to get to my room. also, the promised sea view was only partial. i asked for a full sea view, however i was told the hotel was overbooked. it was not addressed correctly and felt dismissive to my request, showing a lack of care for guest preferences.

during a gym visit, i requested a towel for the shower at 6:20 pm and was informed they were running low, this was quite odd for a hotel of this caliber. i was handed a small gym towel which was unsuitable for use after a shower
