mixed experience with service concerns
slow services electricity issues
the check-in process was slow. there were also electricity issues in the room. services seemed generally slow, requiring attention and follow-up to get simple requests fulfilled..

a decent stay
clean rooms accommodating staff sun lounger bad odor bathroom ceiling sprayed perfume
the staff was really accommodating. rooms were kept very clean and organised. i always managed to grab a sun lounger near the pools. the gym facility is excellent and clean with water and fruit.
the room smelled like body odor when i arrived. room 935's bathroom ceiling was leaking. i had to spray perfume to make it smell better. i've never had a hotel room smell this bad before.

Great Spot for Families!

My week was amazing. The location has a beach 50 meters away. It's super convenient. Services were great. Rahul, Tafizul, and Nishany asked how the stay was and gave local tips for spots with kids. The rooms are big and clean, and staff kept everything super clean. The kids loved the pool. There was always an attendant there. Face painting kept the kids busy. The exotic food and breakfast were yummy and rich.

Staff members across the resort are polite and quick to respond. Rahul, Tafizul, and Nishany went beyond to inquire about our stay and provide personalized recommendations. They gave advice on nearby attractions considering our younger children.

The hotel offers direct beach access only 50 meters away, a pool with dedicated attendants, and a vibrant Kids Club. Face painting and coloring activities kept children entertained for hours. The beach is clean. Breakfast is rich and varied.
