Excellent Stay with Family Fun

Bablu's service was amazing! He, attending to all my needs quickly. The hotel provides many restaurants with high-quality food. I loved the beachfront and the strip for walking. This hotel is highly recommended for business or family trips.

The manager, Aspak Ali, was not helpful. He could not add level access to my room cards even though I needed access to my family's floors. He gave me attitude when I asked for a room key for my sister, acting like I was a security threat.

The gym facility is excellent and clean. It features a water fountain plus towels. Pools were great. It was easy to grab a sun lounger. A lounge access option.

I enjoyed the excellent service from the staff. The team showed me exactly the plant based options I could eat at Levantera. They created extra plant based dishes. I really appreciated this effort.

The check in process was slow. I had to wait as there was no one free to see to me. The sofa bed had not been made up for my daughter. This happened even after a 13-hour travel.

the room smelled like body odor when i arrived. room 935's bathroom ceiling was leaking. i had to spray perfume to make it smell better. i've never had a hotel room smell this bad before.

Great Spot for Families!

My week was amazing. The location has a beach 50 meters away. It's super convenient. Services were great. Rahul, Tafizul, and Nishany asked how the stay was and gave local tips for spots with kids. The rooms are big and clean, and staff kept everything super clean. The kids loved the pool. There was always an attendant there. Face painting kept the kids busy. The exotic food and breakfast were yummy and rich.

Staff members across the resort are polite and quick to respond. Rahul, Tafizul, and Nishany went beyond to inquire about our stay and provide personalized recommendations. They gave advice on nearby attractions considering our younger children.
