a very pleasant stay!
friendly staff super clean room comfortable stay
the staff were friendly. souel, milundu, and rasel at the club room were always smiling. shubam ensured my room was super clean and cleaned it every day. jaria welcomed me upon arrival and ensured i had a comfortable stay, answering all my queries.
The front desk picks up the phone late when you call. it takes some time before they attend to you.

The room was clean, cozy, and very nice. i had a lovely view of the city. i especially liked the amenities provided. They ensured i had everything i needed for a relaxing stay. the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

the breakfast buffet offered an amazing food selection. i found several options that suited my tastes. the arabic coffee and dates were always offered with a smile, which i thought was a very nice touch. the food was AMAZING!!!

My room cleaning service was very detailed. The location provides direct access to the Mall of the Emirates. I appreciated the quick service from the valet.
The sofa bed in the room was not very comfortable. I think it needs replacing to provide a better sleeping experience.

The hotel's location provides easy access to the adjacent shopping center. The bed was indeed comfortable. The gym was well-equipped.. it had several cardio machines. The rooftop pool offered a relaxing space with great views.
The in-room wifi connection could be slightly faster at times.

positive energy efficient staff unbeatable location elevator wait frustrating situation
the staff making dosas was efficient. they had a positive energy. it was a great way to start the morning. the hotel location is unbeatable. it is directly connected to the mall.
luckily, the noise didn't reach the rooms. waiting for the elevator was a nightmare. i had to wait over 10 minutes multiple times.

The hotel's location gives easy access to the Mall of the Emirates and the metro. Taxis are very available at the mall entrance. The hotel valet works rapidly.
Only two of four guest lifts operated. During peak hours, a 15-minute queue formed.
