the location is amazing for beach access and nearby restaurants. the staff was so helpful, assisting with every request quickly. i loved the spacious room and its storage the pool and gym offered great leisure options after beach days.
i noticed that the bathroom needs an update the ventilation could be improved for a fresher feel.

the receptionist changed our room because it did not have a walk in shower. it now had one even though i did not book one. the staff are friendly and help. the chef provides a diverse menu. it all tasted amazing.
Refurbishment work was in the lobby so it caused a lot of disruption when being picked up by taxis. the work was very noisy when in my room. i had to phone reception early on saturday morning as the noise in my room was unbearable to sleep. It was very loud.

the room was spacious and very clean. nishu helped us and was very kind and attentive to our needs. i plan to return often to this beautiful place by the marina.
it started fairly early and continued until late, which sometimes made it difficult to rest, but. we loved the hotel!

The hotel includes a pool, however it sits in shade for a good portion of the day due to surrounding buildings. a nearby minimart provides convenience for purchasing groceries and sundries. there is also a beach kit.

The staff demonstrated really good friendliness and were always available. One person was especially helpful. the reception personnel at check-in and check-out were cheerful and ready to assist. housekeeping showed great care and attention to detail in maintaining the room.

the breakfast had many choices and everything seemed fresh, it went from local to european. fogueira restaurant has a buffet with shisha on the 35th floor! they really catered to my vegan diet.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location. Short walks take you to both the beach and the excellent marina. I appreciated that Marina Mall is only a 10-12 minute walk away. I found several restaurants and cafes nearby. I was able to choose from fast food to upscale dining options.
I must mention the ongoing refurbishment work. I was only informed about it a few days before my arrival. The lobby work caused disruption. Taxi pickups became difficult.
