i can confidently say it was one of the most very nice experiences i have ever had. i was greeted with unparalleled hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay. the hotel's architecture is amazing. Its sail-shaped structure immediately gives you a sense of being in a unique place. a huge thanks for the hermès gift as well!
we were not fully informed about what was complimentary with the room. i mean, wild wadi access and the tour. we had to explore and ask about everything! i was also charged twice for an order i made at breakfast. it totaled 160 aed.

My stay featured a butler service. The team looked after every need. hermès amenities added a touch of elegance, including soaps and lotions. access to wild wadi waterpark provided entertainment. I had easy access and enjoyed the thrilling slides. talise spa provided relaxation. I got a massage.
some common areas were busy , especially during peak hours.

victoria at the front desk made everything smooth. claudia from guest relations greeted me personally. It was thoughtful. rutik aher at breakfast was very mindful of my allergies.
the butler service disappointed me. it reminded me of a whatsapp system. simple requests took hours for replies. tasks were often incomplete.
