tranquil ambiance delicious cakes comfortable bedding
the lobby was excellent. i noticed alluring scents and tranquil ambiance. the lounge café had delicious cakes. our accommodation was spacious and very clean with comfortable bedding. (it really promoted restful sleep!)
the infinity pool didn't quite deliver that true infinity pool feel. it felt just like a very high-level pool.

rooftop pool best pools great location many restaurants close attractions awful valet poor service aggressive staff rude behaviour
the hotel is amazing. the infinity pool on the roof is definitely one of the best pools i have visited. the location is great with many restaurants nearby (it's located in the marina). it is also very close to the palms and other attractions.
valet service was awful. the valet refused to move a bollard for me to get access because of no parking, i was shocked. the car touched the bollard slightly and bent it. one of the staff came over very aggressively with no manners or respect saying i have to pay.

great staff cardio equipment organized clothes
The staff were great. lahizu in the lobby lounge was always kind. he was always helpful too. he. The gym on the 75th floor has cardio and weights. it offers views of the whole area. turndown service was nice after dinner. my clothes and shoes were organized after my day out.

the staff was very helpful on the 7th floor. maharaj was available. the staff demonstrated really good care and attention. they ensured a nice experience with personalized assistance and a friendly attitude.

twin beds were a no-show despite my request. i had to chase them up to find out my room was ready a bit annoying. also i left a shirt in the cupboard and nobody bothered to get back to me about it a bit disappointing

acceptable stay
good room food options industrial complex slow check
the room was really good with a balcony. this was actually an upgrade from what i booked and it. half board was also a very good option for food, it included a lot of choices.
the hotel market rooms with a marina view. i got a room like this, but there really wasn't a marina view there, it was an industrial complex. the check in was also a disaster and took thirty minutes to do, i had to change rooms.
