great stay, would go again

Abdullah and other staff helped me a lot. i found plenty of sunbeds. There was no need to reserve them early. i can happily recommend this place to others of any age. drinks and food were amazing!!!

the hotel offered a short boat ride to a private beach. there was unlimited food and drink available there. the trip into the city was arranged by the hotel with a taxi that waited to return us.

staff are friendly and willing to help you at any time. sergey from the entertainment team was very friendly and helpful. yusef made sure everything was perfect for our holiday. staff go out of their way to ensure guest satisfaction.

i loved how spacious and clean my superior room side sea view was. the staff were always available to help. the hotel provided plenty of activities, i had so much fun playing darts and archery!

heated pool friendly staff

i found the outdoor pool heated which was a plus. the indoor pool was also excellent. the hotel kept everything super clean. the staff was friendly and efficient

guest relations was not very proactive and stayed behind desks.

The grounds were kept in really good, clean condition. The facilities matched what was advertised. I had one of the standard rooms, excellent in terms of space and features. The room was also clean. I had a really AMAZING time!!!

The shop on the ground floor IS overpriced. I visited it and was shocked by the prices. I reported this to Guest Relations, but they couldn't assist. I advise buying essentials elsewhere or bringing your own to avoid the inflated prices.
