i found the outdoor pool heated which was a plus. the indoor pool was also excellent. the hotel kept everything super clean. the staff was friendly and efficient

The grounds were kept in really good, clean condition. The facilities matched what was advertised. I had one of the standard rooms, excellent in terms of space and features. The room was also clean. I had a really AMAZING time!!!

The shop on the ground floor IS overpriced. I visited it and was shocked by the prices. I reported this to Guest Relations, but they couldn't assist. I advise buying essentials elsewhere or bringing your own to avoid the inflated prices.
