amazing facilities and friendly staff
handy shuttle great variety constant snacks lovely staff
the resort is huge there is so much to do. the shuttle service came frequently it was so handy getting to the beach. the food had so much variety there is something for everyone. i really liked that the hotel constantly served snacks drinks ice creams.
the room cleaner did not clean properly.

underwhelming stay
outdated room decor poor buffet service
The beach area was quite spacious. This was acceptable.
The room decor felt outdated and tired. I even found chewing gum stuck to the bathroom bin. the buffet food felt repetitive and average. The service was poor as i had to pour my own wine.

Acceptable Stay

The breakfast offered amazing choices , and lunch and dinner were also good. There were a lot of things to choose from. The pool and beach area were suitable for relaxation. The beds provided adequate comfort.
The staff at check-in was not friendly at all. I wanted rooms near each other , but I received one room on another floor and two on the same floor but not connecting. They promised to change my rooms for seven days , but they did not. The curtains in the rooms did not provide sufficient blackout , allowing a lot of light to enter.

family fun with great value
The shuttle service to the beach was frequent (i never waited long). the beach area had plenty of room and included several pools, a children's water area, snacks, drinks, and ice cream. the food selection was very nice. I felt we ate throughout the day.

Our family room was very comfy and tidy for the duration of our stay. the room included a safe for storing valuables and blackout curtains for restful sleep. air conditioning was effective. I found it easy to adjust the temperature.

The main international buffet had great quality food for breakfast and dinner. there were fresh grilled fish, ice cream, and cocktails offered daily. i noted the variety of options. It was generally quite generous.

There were lots of activities and pools available. The facilities were great for families. the beach area featured several pools, a children's water area, and snacks. the hotel offered convenient access to the beach.
