clean rooms fresh fruit hard beds slippery floors

this hotel offered very clean rooms, they provide shampoo and conditioner if you do not want to take your own. the food was varied and plentiful. there was lots of fresh fruit. the hotel have provided a free coach transfer to the beach hotel area and beach side pools.

the beds are SO hard. i felt i had pressure bruises on my thighs.

this hotel is central to shops, a fine feature. the staff was lovely and always polite, a sweet kindness. the restaurant was always clean, i liked it. the food offered many choices, its richness pleased me.

i found some the air conditioning a bit too loud, this was not perfect.

The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to the beach. This is very convenient. I found plentiful shopping opportunities right next to the hotel. This saved me time. The front desk was helpful. They addressed all my requests. The housekeeping kept my room very clean. I really appreciated this.

The hotel had only one bar, situated in the reception area, and it was quite busy in the evening. I found it a little crowded.

The superior family suite included separate bedrooms and a living room. It was spacious. The room had an ironing board and tea and coffee making facilities. A fridge was stocked with water, fanta and coke.
