the staff was warm and genuinely helpful i enjoyed the smooth and personalized check-in the room was spacious it had elegant design i particularly appreciated the beautiful landscaped gardens they maintain throughout my stay it was a fantastic hotel
the allocated sunbeds policy could be more flexible to accommodate guests who prefer different spots each day it restricted spontaneity i also noticed limited late check out options it caused inconvenience with later departures

the beautiful room pool and garden view featured very clean spaces and a large comfortable bed there was a dressing table perfect for getting ready and okay amounts of storage for our belongings the balcony was small but provided pleasant views.

I felt so relaxed here! the hotel cleaning staff are great. They kept everything immaculate. i really enjoyed the live piano music during dinner. the staff were friendly. They always helped with a smile. opra szabolcs szasza (what a guy!) really looked after me as a porter and always had a big smile.
