we arrived late and found the check-in process friendly and professional. the evening buffet had a large variety of quality food. our two-week stay included christmas and new year, and both galas featured excellent food service and entertainment. as a wheelchair user, i found the hotel very accessible. the beach and gardens are beautiful and peaceful (i especially loved the gardens).

The entertainment was somewhat lacking after 9:30 pm. There could have been more options.

the hotel features a well kept beach with fine sand, perfect for relaxation. lush landscaping surrounds the hotel and includes mature palm trees. ample green spaces provide tranquil areas , especially families, to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

The room cleaning was not up to par (it missed a certain attention to detail). Towels were taken away and not replaced. The coffee pods and toiletries were not consistently replenished. It got frustrating to have to call and ask for these things.
