wonderful club lounge

we stayed in a club room for two nights. the club lounge was the best we have ever experienced. you could enjoy complimentary food from 6:30am until 7:30pm with five services of food. the food was gorgeous too and alcohol is served from 12 noon until 10pm
the building and rooms are of a high standard, but noise levels were very intrusive. loud music played from a nearby beach bar from early evening until dawn. i had to close the balcony door and could not sleep with the window open.

The room featured a huge bathroom plus a very comfy bed. a balcony overlooked the pool area, it was very quiet at night. housekeeping staff were thorough. They provided a turndown service.

the hotel's outside pool area leads onto a private beach. it has so much space with comfy sun loungers. the well kept gardens plus very attentive staff.

our beautiful room with a king bed overlooking the garden was spacious. the bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower which was very convenient. i enjoyed the provided comb bath salts, and shaving kits which was a very special addition.
the beach had heavy plant machinery and cranes. the noise and smells made it unusable. i really did miss that calming atmosphere.

the room was great, i had a king ocean room ocean view or club level. the ocean view was nice, the bed slept well. the room temperature remained cool even with the summer heat.
the gym music was repetitive and i know it sounds picky but that bothered me.

The hotel employees showed amazing dedication and were always ready to assist. The food was delicious, and I especially enjoyed dining in the Club lounge. It's open until late, offering high-quality food. Afternoon tea was particularly excellent. Premium spirits and Prosecco were available from midday.
There was considerable noise due to nearby venues playing competing music late into the night.

The staff was friendly and helpful in every part of the hotel. The beach bar is a fantastic spot for drinks! it was so great. I ate there twice. i loved that you can walk to the marina and take a quick taxi to palm.
