the staff was very helpful all around. ajitha at breakfast service remembered our preferences. the breakfast spread was tasteful. there was housekeeping every day.
the pool is not directly near the hotel. you have to leave the hotel to get there. the hotel has very few rooms for people with disabilities. the hotel could not accommodate disability needs.

The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen , and a supermarket was conveniently located next door. The proximity to the tram was also very useful. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful . The service from Kasif, Hakim, and joyanal was particularly good.
The bathrooms looked somewhat tired. I noticed they were still above acceptable standards , but could benefit from an update. Taxis also seemed to struggle to find the place initially. I used the JBR 1 tram station opposite as a landmark for directions.

I liked the staff. They were very helpful. they welcomed me in a professional and generous way at reception. ms. zaida and hakeem were kind, and they took care of everything.
The rooms need updating. There was no tv in the bedrooms. the pool is in a next location so you have to leave the hotel. the hotel doesn't offer much for people with disabilities. They only have 2 rooms in the whole building.
