disengaged staff inconsistent cleaning

I must say. The service was somewhat underwhelming. The staff seemed a bit disengaged. I had to ask multiple times for simple requests like extra towels. The room cleaning was inconsistent. Some days it was super clean, while other days it felt rushed. The minibar prices were also excessively high!

the location provided convenient beach access, just steps from the hotel. nearby restaurants offered many options for meals. daily housekeeping kept my premium room sea view quite tidy.

the availability of sunbeds around the pool was limited.

amazing beach stay!

super clean room friendly staff warm smile

jyoti and diran, cleaning our room every day right on time! they always made sure everything was super clean, and i really appreciated that. they were so kind to my child, always smiling and friendly. i felt very welcome during our vacation.

The beach could use a bit more shade. Getting a good spot required waking up quite early.

The hotel is right on the palm promenade. accessing many restaurants and beaches is easy, they're nearby. the area feels clean and well maintained. I loved this so much.
