inflexible staff short time
the breakfast buffet had a wide choice, so it was acceptable.
the room wasn't ready at check-in, and i had to wait. then, they wouldn't give me even a few extra minutes at check-out, ridiculous. i needed just a little more time, but they were inflexible.
