Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

I found the gardens fine, full of flowers , butterflies , and bird song. The room was comfortable and cool with an excellent bed. The staff showed kindness and warmth. I enjoyed the cleanliness. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness.
The hotel food is expensive , and all prices don't include two extra taxes, which are incurred when paying.

The room included plenty of bottles of water, replenished each day. The air conditioning worked wonderfully , even during rainy and humid weather. Mattresses weren't too soft, a plus.

The staff goes above and beyond to. Staff members are always polite, courteous , and greet guests with a warm smile. The front of house staff work very hard and are very attentive.

The hotel provides a shuttle service. It made getting around easy. The location is amazing. A quiet beach is beautiful.

the staff were helpful to push my order through at the lounge. i appreciate their assistance
the hotel was overly focused on making money, i felt. i witnessed many weddings, even two on one day. business events were also taking place throughout my stay. this meant hotel resources and space were given over to these events. it also meant extra noise and intrusion on normal guests. that was not good.

charming stay near the beach

i was pleased with my room a larger guest room with one king bed and ocean view. the room included two separate sinks the closet was spacious and contained ample hangers. housekeeping kept everything super clean each day and restocked the amenities regularly. the air conditioning worked efficiently i found the temperature control was easy to adjust as i prefer a cool room for sleeping.
i found the beach had sharp broken corals i advise wearing wet shoes to avoid cuts.

The hotel features multiple swimming pools with dedicated areas for both adults and children to enjoy together. Slides are available for children. a well equipped gym is open 24 hours for all guests it includes several treadmills and stationary bikes. towel service is available near all pools.

the staff at the lounge were amazing especially gift katai and the rest of the team. they were friendly they were attentive and they really made our dinner special that evening. the kids club is well staffed and features many fun activities
